Executive Pay Report
The Academy Trust Handbook 2025 requires that the Trust publish on its website, in a separate readily accessible form, the number of employees whose pay benefits exceed £100,000 in £10,000 bandings.
Pay and benefits for this purpose include salary, employer pension contributions and any other taxable benefits of which there are none to report.
For the year ended 31st August 2025, there was one employee within the Trust central team and eleven school staff, whose benefits (salary and employer pension contributions) exceeded £100,000.
Additionally there was one member of staff who worked across both the Trust and the schools whose salary and employer pension contribution exceeded £100k.
For information purposes, teacher pension contribution is currently 28.6%.
