Writing Strategies CPD

In this session we will cover:

• How to plan and deliver modelled, shared and guided writing opportunities with whole class and groups of pupils from EYFS to Year 6

You will have the opportunity to:

• watch some videos showing different approaches to teaching modelled, shared and guided writing

• consider adaptive teaching strategies for writing

• review some work sample outcomes from writing activities

• network with colleagues from other schools to share ideas about developing writing strategies

Please note that this session would be most suited to ECTs, those returning to teaching or those who would like a refresher on writing strategies. All are welcome to attend.
