EYFS Network Meeting

Agenda:

1. Planning for Brilliant Beginnings – how to maximise your impact on the best outcomes for children (linked to CPD from Dr. Alistair Bryce-Clegg).

2. Emergent writing in EYFS – looking at strategies including the use of Drawing Club by Greg Botterill to support the development of writing in the EYFS.

3. EYFS data tracking – how to use data to inform planning and practice (relevant to Corvus staff only but others are welcome to stay).

This network meeting is relevant to any colleagues who are working in the EYFS, want to develop their knowledge of the EYFS or will be working in the EYFS from September. If you are using continuous provision in KS1 you may want to invite along your KS1 teachers too. All are welcome!

Please bring:

• A selection of writing books or work showing emergent writing in your setting and how you capture this.
